Clear answers about who can ride, safety, equipment responsibility and cancellations.

By booking and joining a tour, guests confirm that they have read and agreed to Tobago E-Bike’s tour policies.

What are the requirements for joining a tour?

Riders must be at least 16 years old and present a valid driver’s license. Guests must also follow the guide’s safety instructions throughout the tour.

Is a security deposit required?

No. A security deposit is not required for guided tours.

What happens if an e-bike or other equipment is damaged?

Guests are responsible for the equipment provided to them during the tour. If an e-bike or other equipment is damaged, lost or not returned while in a guest’s possession, the guest is responsible for the repair or replacement cost, up to the item’s full retail value.

Are helmets required?

Yes. Helmets are provided and must be worn throughout the tour.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tours cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the tour price.
